Use the add nfas-interface command to identify a list of DS1 modules that are controlled
by the primary D-channel in SLS.

usage rules apply:
- All members of an NFAS DS1 (that are administered) must belong to the same
trunk-group.
- All members of this trunk-group must belong to a single signaling group.
