crypto ipsec nat-transparency udp-encapsulation

NAT Traversal is enabled in the device by default. Use the crypto ipsec
nat-transparency udp-encapsulation command to re-enable NAT Traversal if it was
disabled. Use the no form of the command to completely disable NAT Traversal in the device.
