set numbering-format

Use the set numbering-format command to specify the numbering plan for the current
trunk in SLS. The numbering plan encodes the Numbering Plan Indicator and Type of
Number fields in the Calling/Connected Party Number IE in the ISDN protocol.

Leave the setting of type to be unknown since SLS does not currently support
