ignore dcd

Use the ignore dcd command to specify how the system monitors the line to determine if it is
up or down. Specify ignore dcd to ignore DCD signals, and instead use DSR/CTS signals to
determine the line's status. Use the no form of the command to specify that DCD signals are
used to determine line status.

[no] ignore dcd

Example
To ignore DCD signals on an interface:

invert txclock

Use the invert txclock command to invert the transmit clock signal from the data
communications equipment (DCE). Use the no form of the command to restore the signal to not
inverted.
