Oil Pump Removal and Installation

Oil pump is incorporated with timing chain cover.
For removal and installation, refer to "Timing Chain
Cover Removal and Installation in Section 1D".

Oil Pump Disassembly and Reassembly

Disassembly
1) Remove rotor plate (1) by removing its mounting
bolts.

7. Relief valve
8. Spring
9. Retainer
10. Circlip
2) Remove outer rotor (1) and inner rotor (2).

3) Remove relief valve (1), spring (2) and retainer (3) by
I2RH0B150018-01
Engine Lubrication System:
: 11 N⋅m (1.1 kgf-m 8.0 lb-ft)
: Do not reuse.
: Apply thin coat of engine oil to sliding surface.
removing circlip (4).
