Click the Modify link next to the Virtual Noise field in the VDSL2 Line Profile Setup screen
to open the screen as shown next. Use the screen to configure virtual noise settings for a
VDSL2 line profile.

DESCRIPTION
Use these columns below this field to specify the starting frequencies for each
RFI band.
Use these columns below this field to specify the ending frequencies for each
RFI band.
This index number identifies each RFI Band.
A tone is a sub-channel of a VDSL band. DMT divides VDSL bands into many
4.3125 kHz tones.
Enter an increased number (than previous row) from 0 to 4096.
This read-only field displays a frequency that equals the tone index multiple
4.3125 dBm/Hz. This field automatically calculates after a Tone Index value is
entered.
Click Apply to save the changes in this screen to the system's volatile memory.
The system loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the
Config Save on the navigation panel and then the Save button to save your
changes to the non-volatile memory when you are done configuring.
Click Cancel to reset the fields to your previous configuration.
