Action
Remove and clean the pipe after the oil is
drained.
Note
There will be some oil left in the gearbox
after draining.
Refit oil plugs.
Action
Turn on the electric power to the robot.
If the robot is not connected to the controller,
power must be supplied to the connector R1.MP
according to
Supplying power to connector R1.MP
on page
66.
Jog all axes to zero position.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded
space.
Action
DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.
