If the desired group code is not shown in the rtrv-spc or rtrv-sid outputs, go to the "Adding
a Secondary Point Code" procedure in the Database Administration Manual - SS7 to turn the ITU
Duplicate Point Code feature on, and add a secondary point code to the database with the desired
group code value.
If the ituis or ituns parameters will not be specified in this procedure, continue the procedure
with Step 5.
If the ituis or ituns parameters will be specified in this procedure, and ITU-I spare or 14-bit
ITU-N spare network appearances are shown in the rtrv-na output in
14-bit ITU-N spare point codes are shown in the rtrv-sid output in
with Step 5.
4. Display the status of the ITU National and International Spare Point Code Support feature by
entering the rtrv-ctrl-feat command with the ITU National and International Spare Point
Code Support feature part number. Enter this command.
