The GroupFeature command sets the user access to the associated menus of

CustomFeature Command
The CustomFeature command offers a way to permit or deny user access to
specific menus, submenus, or commands. It allows the carrier to further
customize the group access rights if they are insufficient or are too broad. A
maximum of 30 filters may be set.
