The Access submenu offers a way for the carrier to alter which commands will be
available to the user. The user access may be expanded to include a group of
menus, submenus, or individual commands. The following table describes the
Access commands.

Add a group of menus to the user
access list (refer to the following table
for a list of menus in each group)
Delete a group
Add or delete (filter) a menu,
submenu, or command in the user list CustomFeature
Delete a filter or group of filters
Display list of groups and filters
Access online assistance
