[ no ] ip mtu [ mtuSize ]
Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Sets the maximum transmission unit size of IP packets sent on an interface. The no
version restores the default value.
mtuSize—Maximum number of packet transmissions permitted on an interface; in the
range 160–10240; default value is 0, which means that the router takes the value from
a lower protocol layer
