Unmapped Compute Block Registers

There are several registers in the compute block units that are not Univer-
sal registers (Uregs), in that they are not accessed in the same way that
Uregs are accessed. These registers are accessed by regular compute block
instructions that transfer the data between the unmapped registers and the
general-purpose compute block Uregs.
