External Port DMA Transfer Types

There are two ways to move data from external to internal memory:
• Program one of the four DMA channels to move a block from one
memory to the other. In this case, the transmitter and receiver

• Use one of the two AutoDMA register channels. In this case, the
external device first programs the channel's
