Returns the X-axis data for trace displays.

Description:
This query returns the values along the X-axis for any display. The values identify each bin in the trace.
Note
Alias data is included in frequency domain data. Table 23-2 (page 23-44) specifies
which data points are alias-protected and which data points are not protected. The
number of points is determined by the lines of resolution set with the
[SENSe:]FREQuency:RESolution command.
To determine the units for the X-axis send TRAC:X:UNIT?.
