Purges all allocated memory in the analyzer.

This command purges the analyzer's allocated memory for all the following items:
time capture buffer
waterfall display
waterfall registers
Instrument BASIC programs
the analyzer's volatile RAM disk
limit lines
The memory is available for reuse.
