Specifies the settling time for a swept sine measurement.

Command Syntax:

<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)

<unit> ::= [S|CYCLE]

<step> ::= UP|DOWN

<bound> ::= MAX|MIN

Description:

Settling time is the delay between changing the source frequency and starting the measurement at each

point. This allows the device under test to stabilize after the frequency changes.

Units can be specified in seconds (S) or cycles (CYCLE).
