Specifies the beginning of the time capture data used in a measurement.
Command Syntax:
<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
<unit> ::= [S|BLK|PNT]
<step> ::= UP|DOWN
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN

Description:
This command allows to select a portion of the time capture data to be used for the measurement. You
can set the "analysis region" for each channel independently.
Use the TCAP:STOP command to specify the end of the time capture data.
The analyzer sets this value to the beginning of the capture data upon receiving any of the following
commands:

MMEMory:LOAD:TCAPture
