Generates the tone at a given frequency from the analyzer's beeper.
Command Syntax:
<frequency> ::= [<number>|<bound>]
<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN
<time> ::= [<number>|<bound>]
<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN
<volume> ::= [<number>|<bound>]
<number> ::= a real number (NRf data)
<bound> ::= MAX|MIN

Description:
The frequency is specified in Hertz. The duration is specified in seconds. The volume parameter is
accepted but is not used.
The frequency defaults to 2500 Hz and the time defaults to 0.23 seconds.
