Returns the stop frequency setting used for the current time-capture buffer.

Description:

This command is used to determine the stop frequency used when the data in the current time-capture

buffer was captured.

The time-capture start and stop frequency can be used to calculate the time spacing between the capture

data points. The spacing is equal to 400 / ((Stop frequency) − (Start frequency)).
