Returns the number of points for the time capture buffer specified.

Description:
This query is used to determine the number of data points in the specified time-capture buffer. This
information may be required to transfer the contents of the buffer from the analyzer to the controller.
If the time-capture was performed in zoom mode, the time-capture data will be complex. The number of
points transferred by the analyzer with the SENSE:DATA? query will then be twice as many as the value
returned by this query. Use the SENSE:DATA:HEAD:FREQ:STAR? query to determine if the capture
was performed in zoom mode.
