Specifies the confidence level used in equal confidence averaging in octave measurements.
Command Syntax:

The analyzer varies the average time constant to provide a 68% probability that the measured results are
within ± σ of the true mean value. There is a 95% probability that the results are within ± 2 σ of the true
value.
