ip ospf resync-timeout

Use this command to set the interval after which adjacency is reset if out-of-band
resynchronization has not occurred. The interval period starts from the time a restart signal is
received from a neighbor.
Use the no parameter with this command to return to the default value.
Syntax
ip ospf [<ip_address>] resync-timeout <1-65535>
no ip ospf [<ip_address>] resync-timeout
