BGP Commands
neighbor passive
Use this command to configure the local router to be passive with regard to the specified
neighbor. This has the effect that the router will not attempt to initiate connections to this
neighbor, but will accept incoming connection attempts from the neighbor.
Use the no parameter with this command to disable this function
