Action
Refit the motor cover with its attachment
screws.
Use locking liquid.
Action
Use caution and jog axis-2 a little to facilitate the
removal of the lock screw that secures the lower
arm.
Remove the lock screw.
Refill the gearbox with oil.
Re-calibrate the robot.

Torx pan head screw: M5x12 Stainless
steel A2-70
Locking liquid: Loctite 2400 (or equivalent
Loctite 243)
Tightening torque: 6 Nm.
