Jog axis-2 to the calibration position.
Fit a lock screw through the hole for the
lock screw in the frame and into the lower
arm to secure the weight of the lower and
upper arms.
CAUTION
Do not tighten the lock screw, since too
hard tightening could damage the gear.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safe-
guarded space.
Remove any installed equipment on or
close to the balancing device.
