COMPRESSION Occurs when the parity bit does not set correctly on
NODE PARITY the on-board bus between the CPLD and the MCU.
ERROR
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.
STOP LINE WAS The main CPU detected an error and activated the
ACTIVATED BY stop motion line or did not deactivated it at all.
CPU
Ignore this error. If the problem persists, contact your
OLC.
LOW VOLTAGE If the voltage of the power supply falls below 24 V
ERROR ON COM- the node sends this error.
PRESSION NODE
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.
COMPRESSION If the MCU does not react on the IRQ coming from
READ TIMEOUT the CPLD before 15 ms, the node sends this error.
ERROR
1. Change the Compression Board.
2. Perform a calibration of the Compression Force
3. Perform a Compression Thickness calibration.
COMPRESSION Test data from the CPLD is periodically read to
CPLD MEMORY ensure the proper communication. If this error does
ERROR not match the node sends this error.
