Possible Cause/Recommended Action
The valid motion line is active at power-up.
1. Change the Gantry CPU Board (see

2. Perform a Collimator Calibration (see
CAL A029 - Collimator Format Calibration on

1683).
3. Perform a Collimation Check (see
A028 - Collimation Checks on page
The lift node stopped the motion by itself because
the button/pedal responsible for the motion was
released and no stop order was received before the
timeout.
1. Change the Gantry CPU Board (see

2. Perform a Collimator Calibration (see
CAL A029 - Collimator Format Calibration on

1683).
3. Perform a Collimation Check (see
A028 - Collimation Checks on page
There has been a brake malfunction. The Lift node
normally does not report this error in any case.
Ignore this error. If the problem persists, contact your
OLC.
There has been a clutch malfunction. The Lift node
normally does not report this error in any case.
Ignore this error. If the problem persists, contact your
OLC.
One of the Gantry footswitch pedals have failed.
Press very slowly or very quickly on each Gantry
footswitch pedals until the 102/045 error is triggered
again to identify which pedal is defective.
Replace the
left
and/or
pedals.
There is a collimator button error.

OLC.
