The transmit queue between the MCU and the DSP
is full and message dropped.
Change the Rotation board then perform a Rotation
Calibration.
The mailbox queue used in the inter-task communi-
cation in the MCU is full and mails dropped.

Calibration.
There has been a heartbeat failure. The Gantry CPU
did not send periodic "heartbeat" CAN message.
