Possible Cause/Recommended Action
There is an NVRAM checksum error on the Gantry
CPU.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
Check the error logs. If this error occurs in conjunc-
tion with error 161/036, there is a possibility that a
jumper exists on the TP2 connector on the Lift board.
In this case you must remove the jumper from the
TP2 connector on the Lift board.
If the TP2 connector is not closed on the Lift board,
apply the following rules to determine which board to
change:
If no other node responded to the stop command:
Faulty FRU = Lift Board (simulator is down) or posi-
tioner bus (stop motion line is cut).
In this case check the Lift board cable connections,
and cable. If necessary change the cable. If the
cable is fine, change the Lift board.
If other nodes did respond to the stop command:
Faulty FRUs = Lift Board (bus connector other
hardware or firmware problem). Change the Lift
board.
Check the error logs. If this error occurs in conjunc-
tion with error 161/037 or with error 161/043, there is
a possibility that a jumper exists on the TP2 connec-
tor on the Rotation board. In this case you must
remove the jumper from the TP2 connector on the
Rotation board.
If the TP2 connector is not closed on the Rotation
board, apply the following rules to determine which
board to change:
If no other node responded to the stop command:
Faulty FRU = Rotation Board (simulator is down) or
positioner bus (stop motion line is cut).
In this case check the Rotation board cable con-
nections, and cable. If necessary change the cable.
If the cable is fine, change the Rotation board.
If other nodes did respond to the stop command:
Faulty FRUs = Rotation Board (bus connector other
hardware or firmware problem). Change the Rotation
board.
