Possible Cause/Recommended Action
Possible causes:
• There has been a transmit queue overrun. The
transmit queue between the MCU and the DSP is
full and the message dropped.
• The TP1 connector on the Lift board is closed.
Proceed as follows:
Check whether a jumper exists on the TP1 connector
on the Lift board. In this case you must remove the
jumper from the TP1 connector on the Lift board.
If there is no jumper on the TP1 connector on the Lift
board, the Lift board is faulty. Change the Lift board
then perform a Lift Calibration.
The mailbox is overrun. The mailbox queue used in
the inter-task communication in the MCU is full and
the mails are dropped.
The Lift board is faulty. You must change the Lift
board then perform a Lift Calibration.
There has been a heartbeat failure. The Gantry CPU
did not send periodic "heartbeat" CAN message.
1. Change the Gantry CPU Board (see
R A190 - Gantry CPU Board on page
2. Perform a Collimator Calibration (see
CAL A029 - Collimator Format Calibration on
page
1683).
3. Perform a Collimation Check (see
A028 - Collimation Checks on page
The Gantry CPU tried to disable the "heartbeat"
check of the lift node.
1. Change the Gantry CPU Board (see
R A190 - Gantry CPU Board on page
2. Perform a Collimator Calibration (see
CAL A029 - Collimator Format Calibration on
page
1683).
3. Perform a Collimation Check (see
A028 - Collimation Checks on page
The lift node receives a PDO with an invalid DLC.
