Sets the node address for CC-Link communication. The drive must
be restarted when the setting is changed.
Note:
Set a node address that does overlap with other nodes. Do not set
this parameter to a value of 0. If the parameter is set incorrectly,
the L.ERR LED on the option is lit, and the drive will detect the
AEr [Node Address Setting Error] error.
