Perform the Initial Settings

The initial start-up screen is displayed on keypad when power to the drive is first energized. The date and time
and the language displayed on the keypad can be selected. By using the setup wizard, the steps necessary for
starting up the drive, from setting the basic parameters to performing Auto-Tuning, can be carried out. For details,
refer to the section explaining the procedures for using the Setup Wizard.
Note:
If the initial start-up screen is not displayed, or a different screen is displayed, go to the main menu and select [Initial Settings] to display
the initial start-up screen.

Perform the initial settings, item by item.
A - Select the Language Displayed
on the Keypad
B - Set Date and Time
Note:
Set [Yes] for the [Initial Start-Up Screen Selection] setting to display the initial start-up screen when the drive is energized. If
set to [NO], the initial start-up screen will not be displayed the next time the drive is energized.
2.
Press (Home).
The HOME screen is displayed.
