Enabling integral operation when driving a heavy load or a high inertia load may cause problems with overshoot
or undershoot at the end of acceleration and deceleration. Set C5-12 = 0 if there are problems of overshooting and
undershooting.
0 : Disabled
Integral operation is not enabled during acceleration or deceleration. Integral operation is always enabled during
constant speed.
1 : Enabled
Integral operation is always enabled.
