Description
When configured such that bits 0 through 3 = 0, access is only
enabled for broadcast messages.
When configured such that bits 0 through 3 = 5, access is enabled
only for run command and frequency reference broadcast messages.
Drive 0 is excluded.

1: Upper/Lower Limit Fault
1: Response has timed out.
1: A fault has been detected from a slave.
1: Timeout has occurred for 10 consecutive times.
1: Fault has occurred from a slave for 10 consecutive times.
1: Drive operates in accordance with the broadcast message
command.
1: Communication with the master will not be performed due to a
communication error.
