Displays in hexadecimal as determined by the F3-01 [Digital Input
Function Selection] setting.
3FFFF: Set (1 bit) + Sign (1 bit) + 16 bit
V/f CL-V/f OLV CLV AOLV
Displays a parameter number that caused the oPE02 [Parameter
Range Setting Error] or oPE08 [Parameter Selection Error].
V/f CL-V/f OLV CLV AOLV
Displays the contents of the MEMOBUS/Modbus communication
error using 1 (error) and 0 (no error).
For example, U1-19 = 00000001 is displayed when a CRC error
occurs.
