n2: Speed Feedback Detection Control (AFR) Tuning

The speed feedback detection reduction function (or AFR: Automatic Frequency Regulator) helps achieve speed
stability when a load is suddenly applied or removed.
Note:
Perform either of the following procedures before changing n2-xx.
• Set the motor parameters and V/f pattern correctly.
• Perform Rotational Auto-Tuning.
