YASKAWA ELECTRIC SIEP C710617 01B YASKAWA AC Drive GA700 Technical Manual
Cause
The Safe Disable input signal was input
to terminal H1-HC or H2-HC but not
both.
The Safe Disable input signal is wired
incorrectly.
One Safe Disable channel is internally
damaged.
Cause
IGBTs have reached 90% of their
expected performance life.
Cause
A fault occurred on the machine side.
Example: The pulley belt has broken.
The parameters for load are not
appropriate.
Cause
A fault occurred on the machine side.
Example: The pulley belt has broken.
The parameters for load are not
appropriate.
Cause
Undertorque was detected based on the
conditions for mechanical weakening
detection set in L6-08 [Mechanical
Weakening Detect Ope].
Cause
Excessive fluctuation in the drive input
power voltage.
Phase loss in the drive input power.
There is loose wiring in the drive input
power terminals.
Power loss occurred.
6.5 Minor Faults/Alarms
Possible Solution
• Check whether the Safe Disable signal is input
from an external source to terminal H1-HC or
H2-HC.
• If the Safe Disable input function is not to be
used, insert wire jumpers across the terminals
H1-HC and H2-HC.
Replace the board or the entire drive. For
instructions on replacing the control board, contact
Yaskawa or your nearest sales representative.
Possible Solution
Replace the IGBT or the entire drive. For
instructions on replacing the control board, contact
Yaskawa or your nearest sales representative.
Possible Solution
Check the condition of the machine and remove the
cause of the fault.
Adjust L6-02 and L6-03.
Possible Solution
Check the condition of the machine and remove the
cause of the fault.
Adjust L6-05 and L6-06.
Possible Solution
Check whether the machine exhibits any
deterioration.
Possible Solution
• Review the possible solutions for stabilizing the
drive input power.
• Take steps to stabilize the power supply.
• Check for any problems with the magnetic
contactor on the main circuit side if no problems
are found with the power supply.
Correct any wiring errors in the main circuit drive
input power.
Properly tighten the terminals according to the
specified tightening torque.
Improve the power supply.
