6.8 Backup Function Operating Mode Display and Errors

Backup was executed with o3-02 = 0
[Copy Allowed Selection = Disabled]
set.

The power supply specifications or
drive capacity parameter settings differ
between the keypad and the drive.

Indicates that the parameters backed up
in the keypad and the parameters in the
drive do not match.
Possible Solution
Set o3-02 = 1 [Enabled] and execute backup again.
