Receiving

Please perform the following tasks after receiving the drive:

• Inspect the drive for damage. If the drive appears damaged upon receipt, contact the shipper immediately.

Damage as a result of transportation is not covered by the product warranty.

• Verify receipt of the correct model by checking the model number. The model number can be found in the

"MODEL" column printed on the nameplate on the right side of the drive.

• If you have received the wrong model or the drive does not function properly, contact your supplier.
