Note:
The DI-A3 input method is set to the BCD input method
regardless of the setting of F3-01 when o1-03 = 2 or 3 [r/min or
User-selected units]. In this scenario, the value set in o1-03 is
used as the setting unit.

1 : BCD, 0.1% units
2 : BCD, 0.01% units
3 : BCD, 1 Hz units
4 : BCD, 0.1 Hz units
