An EEPROM hardware problem
occurred.
Noise has corrupted data while writing
to the EEPROM of the drive.

The circulation fan has malfunctioned.
A fault detected in the power supply of
the electromagnetic contactor and the

The FbH detection level has not been
set appropriately.

Possible Solution
• Re-energize the drive and check if the fault still
remains.
• Replace either the control board or the entire
drive if the fault continues. For instructions on
replacing the control board, contact Yaskawa or
your nearest sales representative.
