5.6.1 Replacing the axis-1 joint unit (CRB 15000-5/0.95)

Fit two guide pins to the joint unit.

Fit the joint unit to the base, aligning the pin with

the pin hole.

The connectors and the joint unit cables are

sensitive to mechanical damage. Handle the as-

sembly with care.

Secure the joint unit with new attachment screws.

Guide pin, M4x120: 3HAC077786-

Always use guide pins in pairs.

For joint units on axes 1, 2 and 3

of CRB 15000-5/0.95 and axis 3 of

CRB 15000-10/1.52 and CRB

15000-12/1.27.
