6 In a 3D view, select both roofs, and click Tools menu
7 View the 2 roofs in a plan view:
You now have a single roof with different eave heights.
Here is the finished house with that roof style.

Four-Sided Gable Roof

A common building scenario is a 4-sided gable roof. The following is a quick procedure to create this look.
