Creating a Drawing List
1 In a project, click View menu
2 On the Fields tab of the Drawing List Properties dialog, select the fields to include in the drawing
3 (Optional) To create user-defined fields, click Add Parameter.
4 Specify the remaining schedule properties using the Filter, Sorting/Grouping, Formatting, and
5 Click OK.
The resulting drawing list displays in the drawing area. In the Project Browser, it displays under
Schedules/Quantities.
Omitting Sheets from a Drawing List
You can omit sheets from the
drawing list.
To omit a sheet from a drawing list
1 In the Project Browser, right-click the name of the sheet to omit, and click Properties.
2 On the Element Properties dialog, clear Appears In Drawing List.
3 Click OK.
Revit Architecture updates the drawing list to exclude the sheet.

To add a drawing list to a sheet, use the procedure for adding a schedule to a sheet. See
