You can specify which standards to copy. Any object not explicitly marked for copying yet referenced by a
copied object is copied. For example, if you select a wall type and forget to copy the material, Revit
Architecture copies it.
To transfer project standards:
1 Open both the source and target projects.
2 In the target project, click File menu
3 Select the source project for Copy from.
4 In the Select Items to Copy dialog, select the desired project standards. To select all project
5 Click OK.
6 If the Duplicate Types dialog opens, select from the following options:

Project information can be included in schedules that contain elements from linked models.
Specifying Energy Analysis (gbXML) Settings
You can define the gbXML information that can be used by third-party energy analysis software.
gbXML settings specify the parameter values used by third-party software applications when calculating
energy use. The following parameters must be specified prior to exporting a gbXML file for use with an
energy analysis application:
Building Type - specifies the type of building according to the gbXML schema 0.34 (similar to ASHRAE).
Postal Code - determinates the location of the building.
Ground Plane - specifies the level that serves as the ground level reference for the building. Spaces below
this level are considered to be underground. The default level is zero.

Overwrite: Transfers all new project standards, and overrides duplicate types.
New Only: Transfers all new project standards, and ignores duplicate types.
Cancel: Cancels the operation.
