Text Notes
You can insert wrapping or non-wrapping text notes. Text notes are measured in paper space. For example,
a 1/4" text note indicates that the text note will appear as 1/4" high on a sheet. Text notes automatically
scale with the view. For example, if you reduce the size of the view scale, the text automatically resizes.
