Families Tips

When creating the sketched geometry, use the reference planes. You can then modify the dimensions
for the reference planes to modify the sketch. The dimensions of the reference plane become properties
of the family and can be used to create other family types of varying sizes.
If there are other dimensions you wish to add to the properties of the family, create a permanent dimension
on the sketch and add a label to the dimension. See
