Selecting Views to Print, Publish, or Export
When you are outputting project views or sheets to various formats, you can specify which views and sheets
are to be included in the output. The following procedure applies to these commands:

To select views or sheets
1 Under Print Range or Range, select Selected Views/Sheets, and click Select.
2 In the View/Sheet Set dialog, select the views and sheets to print, publish, or export.
3 To quickly select all sheets or views, click Check All. Click Clear All to clear all selections.
4 To save this view/sheet set, click Save As, and enter a name.
5 Click OK. If you have not named a setting, you are prompted to name it.
To change a saved view/sheet set
1 Under Print Range or Range, select Selected Views/Sheets, and click Select.
2 In the View/Sheet Set dialog, for Name, select a view/sheet set name.
3 Add or remove the desired views.
4 Click Save.
When you are printing selected views and sheets to a file, Revit Architecture creates one file per
view or sheet. If you want to create a single file that contains all selected views and sheets, print
to PDF. See

reverse order. You can select Reverse Print Order for a multiple-page print job so that the last
page is printed first.
Collate. To print all copies of the first page and then print all copies of each subsequent page,
clear Collate.

While in print preview mode, you can zoom the image and flip through pages if the print job
involves multiple pages. To exit print preview, click Close. To return to the Print dialog, click
Print.

CAD Formats. The Export dialog displays.
Publish DWF
2D DWF. The Publish dialog displays.
Publish DWF
3D DWF. The Publish dialog displays.
This saves the view/sheet set with the project for future use.
NOTE You cannot transfer this setting to other projects.
