Underspeed monitoring for a separately excited synchronous motor in closed-loop torque control without an encoder
(p0300 = 5, p1300 = 20, p1501 = 1 signal), is automatically activated internally, and can be manually activated with
p2149.6 = 1.
For separately excited synchronous motors, when exiting commissioning (p0340 = 5), this parameter is automatically
assigned 1.5 * p1755.
