For a 0/1 transition, an encoder fault is output at the currently used motor encoder.
For a 1/0 transition and an alarm acknowledgment, the encoder fault that was issued is cleared.
Notice: It is not permissible that a data set is switched over between issuing and deleting an encoder fault.
